We are deeply saddened by the passing of HM The Queen.
Northern Ballet was honoured to take part in the Royal Variety Performance at the London Palladium in 1988 attended by Her Majesty and we have enjoyed the continued support of the Royal Family for more than 40 years. Her sister, HRH Princess Margaret became our first Royal Patron in 1979, followed in 2003, by Her Majesty’s son, HRH The Earl of Wessex KG GCVO.
Her Majesty has been a constant, comforting presence for the nation throughout her reign and the most remarkable of women. We offer our deepest condolences to her family at this sad time.
