The role is based in Leeds and is a joint leadership position with the Artistic Director.
The successful candidate will be an independent strategic thinker able to develop relationships and drive consensus with financial and commercial acumen, and a track record of growing sustainable revenue
This is an exciting time to join Northern Ballet as we move into a new period of artistic and strategic planning. We appreciate leaders come in many guises. We welcome and embrace applications from everyone with the skills and qualities to lead us towards a prosperous future.
