Our weekly Ballet Fit classes are the perfect way to have fun and work out, offering a full ballet class with a twist. Featuring a mix of energetic music, fun combinations and cardio exercises, these new classes will help you feel stronger, fitter and happier.
Before booking a class please ensure you have completed our annual registration process. Those who have not registered will be unable to participate in class.

Our concession rates are available to those with a valid student ID or those with disabilities.
Location
All courses will be held at our studios in Northern Ballet unless stated otherwise.
What to wear
Clothing should be loose and comfortable so that you can move easily. No denim please. Ballet shoes are required for all classes for admittance to class.
